The Visiting Nurse Association of Central Connecticut, Inc. brings the highest quality of health care to individuals and families in our community with compassion and kindness. Our dedicated professionals provide care to the sick that maximizes independence, give aid and comfort to the terminally ill, and promote health and wellness to improve and enrich lives.
