Services may be fully or partially paid by a third party such as Medicare, Medicaid, or health insurance plan. Services not paid for by a third party are the responsibility of the patient/family. VNACC is contracted with most insurance companies and will investigate coverage at no cost to the patient.

Assistance will be provided in determining possible eligibility for United Way funds or other entitlements, where applicable.
